TTL - Time transformation
Time-related operation performed on a time series, solely involving observations of that time series.
Examples of such time transformations are growth rates, cumulative sums over N periods and moving averages.
Operations on time series not entailing a "time" component (e.g. ratios) are not to be considered as time transformations.
