TTL - Measure
Data element that represents a simple aggregation and which takes one or more vectors as arguments and returns a scalar.
For this statistical indicator: "Number of accidents per thousand of population", the measure is "Number of accidents". The terms "Measure" and "Statistical indicator" have often been used interchangeably, therefore the existing uses of the terms may differ from the definitions described here.
