TTL - Classification system
Arrangement or division of objects into groups based on characteristics which the objects have in common.
This metadata element is used to a) list the classification(s) being used for a given data set or set of data sets, b) and describe how these conform to internationally agreed standards, guidelines, or good practices. It should also be used to document the deviations of the classification system(s) compared to statistical standards, guidelines, or good practices, when relevant.
